I want to let you know I attended South East Michigan Umpire camp over the
weekend for the second year have to say it was great. What a way for Umpires to
work together as a team and develop their skills by watching fellow umpires of
all levels of baseball experience.

Good Morning, I wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our weekend. The camp
was very well run this year and I'm sure you will continue to make more changes
in the future.
I'm still amazed at how many umpires don't take the time to come to camps. And
it was great to get the rules meeting out of the way.
Hope you bring back Kyle McNeely next year, nice Job.

As I said in my email to Bill yesterday I thought the camp was excellent. All
the instructors made it very informative and worthwhile. With the level of
experience most the instructors you have, it could easily have been intimidating but
it felt like being on the field with your partner for 20 years which made the
learning easy.
Not much I would change – very nice job! Thanks for having it and all the work
you guys put into making it work!!

Thanks for a great camp. Thought I'd let you know page 38 of the new issue of
Referee has the NFHS ruling on 3rd strike and when is B1 out on a dropped 3rd
strike and he doesn't attempt to go to first. The question is almost exactly as
stated at camp. I know the time at your camp was well spent and I will be a
great umpire in northern MI because of all your help
