Thought I’d let you know page 38 of the new issue of Referee has the NFHS ruling on 3rd strike and when is B1 out on a dropped 3rd strike and he doesn’t attempt to go to first. The question is almost exactly as stated at camp. I know the time at your camp was well spent and I will be a great umpire in northern MI because of all your help
